If it was me (and it just was) I would stick with VB&P......I bought a set of insulated O-ring pistons some race pads a set of SS flex hoses and some misc. parts for a car I sold....I did call Precision/fixvetteparts.com and they never called me back....so VB&P got the $600

my dad just did his calipers last spring on his 66 427 roadster bought the p.e. o-ring kit and the where really helpfull on the phone and my dads calipers needed some more grinding in bores because the pistons where hitting so they told him to ship them to them and they grinded them and assembled them very reasonable so far no problems and my dad is happy with them. i have not delt with them yet but i was going to try them first but will have to wait till i dig myself out of the holiday c.c. bills and do my 75

I have had 'O' Ring calipers from http://www.fixvetteparts.com for about 4 years. No problems. They are easy to deal with and do not get pickey when it comes time to give you credit for your stuff, as I have heard other suppliers do.

Their piston design is different than most other vendors, more like, the name escapes me, the west coast firm that may have developed the 'O' ring design pistons.

From my experience and the parts I have gotten from VB&P I would definitely recommend. Make sure you get them powdercoated. They look awesome. It's pretty cool seeing the contrast from the calipers and S/S lines to the rest of the rust under there.

Honestly I like VB&P and wont go anywhere until I find it unsatisfactory.

Rebuilt my brakes Dec-05. Got the calipers and o-rings pistons and other parts from VB&P. No problems. Call them with a question while I was assembling the calipers and a got an answer right away. Would use them again.
